Polynucleotide sodium reduces knee pain
We engaged in a pilot study comparing the effectiveness of polynucleotide sodium with sodium hyaluronate for knee osteoarthritis pain relief. With 15 patients divided into three groups, all received ultrasound-guided injections over three weeks.

Our findings showed that those treated with polynucleotide sodium experienced a significant reduction in weight-bearing pain compared to the hyaluronic acid group after six weeks. However, the other measures of pain and quality of life did not exhibit notable differences between the groups.

Overall, polynucleotide sodium proved more effective in alleviating weight-bearing pain in this limited study.

I deal with severe bone pain from arthritic knees. Taking a double dose has helped me remarkably; within two weeks, my discomfort decreased significantly. I’ll reduce to a maintenance dose once fully recovered. Glucosamine is vital for cartilage formation and works well with chondroitin.

I started using it after being diagnosed with roughness in my knee joint. The pain disappeared after three months of glucosamine. When I stopped, the pain returned, so I resumed my usage. The quality and price are excellent.

Having separated both my shoulders, I experience considerable bone pain during manual labour. This product, combined with Advil, keeps my pain manageable. While nothing eliminates it completely, this supplement makes it bearable.
7
Gradual improvement
Works notably well with MSM, which can be taken separately. I felt an effect after a week of taking 1 gram twice daily. The improvement was gradual and noticeable, though not miraculous for severely worn bones.
